- A school is buying calculators in bulk. They only receive a discount for calculators bought in groups of a and b, where a is exactly 10 more than b. Unfortunately, the school has exactly 199 students, and 199 calculators cannot be bought in only groups of a and b. The math teacher notices that this is the highest number of calculators that cannot be bought in groups of a and b. Find the value of a.
